Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Allegro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Not Medical Advice

This is important: Allegro is a personal tracking and information tool. It is NOT a medical device, and nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• The risk predictions are based on patterns and environmental data, not medical expertise
• Pollen and air quality data comes from third-party sources and may not be perfectly accurate
• Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice
• In case of severe allergic reactions, seek emergency medical care immediately
• Do not use this app as a substitute for professional medical guidance

Use of the App

Allegro is designed for personal use to:

• Track and log allergy reactions
• Identify potential patterns in your symptoms
• View environmental data like pollen and air quality
• Generate reports to share with healthcare providers

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and not for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

Your Data

All allergy data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the data you enter
• Backing up your device if you want to preserve your data
• Any data you choose to export or share

We cannot recover your data if you delete the app, reset your device, or lose your device without a backup.

Premium Subscription

Allegro offers optional premium features through a subscription ("Allegro Pro"). By subscribing:

• Payment is processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services for certain features:

• Open-Meteo: For pollen and air quality data
• RevenueCat: For subscription management
• Apple HealthKit: For optional health data integration

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.

Intellectual Property

Allegro and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Salimov Studios and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Predictions will be accurate
• Third-party data (pollen, air quality) will be accurate or available
• The App will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salimov Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date when we do. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
